With 37 years in the masonry industry, Lance Little is widely recognized as one of Arizona's most respected masonry professionals. He is the current Old School Fastest Trowel title holder, the only Mason Contractors Association of America (MCAA) Certified Mason in Arizona, and an active mentor who invests in developing the next generation of skilled craftsmen through training programs and Stone Cold University.

EVERETT PLEASANT

A graduate of Arizona State University's Construction Management program, Everett Pleasant brings technical expertise and operational leadership to every project. He serves as an OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 instructor and is a Certified MCAA Silica Safety Trainer, helping maintain Stone Cold Masonry's commitment to industry-leading safety standards.

With more than 41 years in the masonry trade, Ron Maroney has earned numerous Golden Trowel and Craftsmanship Awards. His experience includes judging masonry competitions throughout Arizona and Utah and serving as an expert witness within the masonry industry.
